The Project

A new build rooftop site on a council block of flats in Kentish Town, owned and managed by Camden Council.

Securing planning approval was tricky as this is a sensitive areas with considerable objection from the residents associations which required additional resident and council liaison during the pre-consultation and application stages. Planning was originally rejected but won on appeal.

Build Works
A considerable amount of scaffolding had to be crane lifted onto to the roof to facilitate the build works.

The site was built to programme, but was delayed for final power connection due to an issue with Camden wanting a DNO meter on a Landlords Supply. The site is now powered and handed over.
