Job Brief

We are looking for a Site Delivery Manager to join our team reporting into our Redhill office. The primary responsibility of the Site Delivery Manager is to supervise the construction of Telecommunication sites for Network Rollout. The role involves day to day management of all site infrastructure delivery including Health and Safety responsibilities of multiple nationally located sites.

They will also be responsible to ensure that all site build activities within the business operate effectively, safely and efficiently.

Duties & Responsibilities

Responsible for:

• The identification and instruction of sub contractors, request quotations etc
• Management of Sub Contractors to deliver to SLA’s
• Receiving the declaration release sites and programming and scheduling of works into the delivery process
• Attending site by site reviews on a minimum of a weekly basis as dictated by the programme volumes
• Attending MSV (Multi Skilled) visits and input into design for buildability and cost, completion of MSV form and file with photographs of site
• The ordering of plant and materials for site
• The compiling of health and safety packs
• Management of Sub Contractors issues and risks, etc to ensure smooth project deliverables
• Arrangement of pre start meetings and ensuring all key team and sub contractors attend and meeting is fully minuted
• Liaison with electrical and rigging departments to ensure project delivery
• Provision of as built drawings
• Delivery of Key Performance Indicators and Dashboards?
• Line management of staff and their development
• Compliance of the CDM regulations
• The H&S of the team to ensure that they have the correct tools, processes and equipment to work safely
• Post declaration issues to service delivery as identified
• Ensuring National build trackers are accurate and up to-date
• Monitoring staff workload to ensure maximum productivity
• Liaison with Project Managers on project deliverables, risks and issues
• Conducting formal audits of sites for Quality, H&S, CDM compliance following build completion as required
• Liaison with customers when required
• Ensuring audit findings are followed up and reported back to QUENSH

Technical/Professional Knowledge and Skills

• Must have New Roads and Street Works Qualifications
• Safe working at height, on rooftop and unguarded structures
• RF Awareness
• Asbestos Awareness
• Working on the highway
• Previous Telecommunications experience
• Relevant Build or Construction experience

• Health and Safety accreditation i.e. IOSH, CDM

• NRASW act supervisor accreditation
• Vendor experience

Hours of Work
37.5 per week
