To carry out works as dictated by the National Rigging Manager, the Rigging Team Leader will be required to be able to manage a team, think ahead and plan the installation, pass works to his second man. The Rigging Team Leader would hopefully be conversant with a variety of network providers which includes O2 and Vodafone, T-Mobile/MBNL/AIRWAVE and HUAWEI.
The team leader must be able to work independently and be able to align antennas using SPAA005 tool and test feeders for all networks using Site-master. The team leader must be computer literate as all Handover documents need to be submitted electronically. The Rigging Team Leader is responsible for the delivery of rigging projects which have been allocated to him/her on behalf of Clarke Telecom for its customers to time, cost and quality and to the customers Service Level Agreements.
The Rigger has a key responsibility in ensuring the implementation of safe working practices whilst working on site.
We are looking for a Site Delivery Manager to join our team reporting into our Redhill office. The primary responsibility of the Site Delivery Manager is to supervise the construction of Telecommunication sites for Network Rollout. The role involves day to day management of all site infrastructure delivery including Health and Safety responsibilities of multiple nationally located sites.
They will also be responsible to ensure that all site build activities within the business operate effectively, safely and efficiently.
The purpose of the Senior Project Manager role is to manage and drive the effective delivery of the programme or project(s) they have been allocated meeting both the needs of the client and Clarke Telecom.
Senior Project Managers are responsible for ensuring that it has the tools and resources required to deliver the project and that they are compliant with organisational requirements as defined by the Programme Management Office (e.g. the use of Imprest; Navision etc.)
Responsibility for the customer interface between the Client and the Clarke Telecom team is basic requirement of the Senior Project Manager.
The role requires leadership, the ability to identify risks, clarify and resolve issues relating to specific project implementation and overall programme delivery. It also requires leadership, management and development of those within the project team, in particular any reporting directly to the Senior Project Manager.
The primary role of the Project Manager is the delivery, ownership and Project Management of all back end lifecycle activities (post declaration) on behalf of Clarke Telecom.
These activities include Civils, Electrical and Rigging.
Work within the Project team to ensure delivery of the Project to time, cost, and quality.
The Operational Support Administrator will be an integral member of the team providing administrative support and tracking project data as direct by their line manager. Good IT skills (including Word; Excel and the use of databases and systems, for example Imprest) will be a core responsibility. Some customer interaction, supporting, and managing expectations will be required. A positive attitude to and willingness to deal effectively with be required as new and ever evolving processes are introduced. Administrators should be able to operate independently as well as a member of the team. An ability to cope with ambiguity will be required. A good team player, willing to learn being an essential quality.

The role of the warehouse operative is to control the receipt and issue of all assets within the Redhill Warehouse facility and ensure the correct storage and accounting of all assets within the storage facility in line with the Clarke Management System procedures and processes. The warehouse operative is to provide logistical support to the field engineering team on site when required. This will include the delivery of assets and also the return of items and waste materials back to Redhill.
Some UK based travel may be required and late work in support of company projects.
The primary responsibility of the is to be in attendance during complex and high risk site operations to coordinate all skillsets and ensure all activities are carried out safely and in accordance with current legislation.
To review all site documentation and certification.
When not attending complex site operations the QUENSH supervisor will conduct spot H&S and quality audits on both internal and external staff.
