Job Brief

To provide support to the Project Manager to deliver budget for the EE Special Events Mobicell project.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • General administrative duties in support of the Project Manager / deployment team
  • The co-ordination of deployment works, workflow and forecasting of works to ensure maximum project delivery
  • Review survey output from build teams to ensure uniformity before submission to clients
  • Collate and issue project update reports and issue to clients in a timely manner.
  • Arranging access for survey and deployment teams with landlords/customers and 3rd parties etc, raising Purchase Orders where required and confirming access and notification to the teams
  • Responsible for the escalation to the PM any programme, health and safety issues identified as not resolved or resolvable
  • The liaison with sub-contractors working for Clarke Telecom, i.e. the issuing of work packs, requesting and obtaining quotations, obtaining outages etc
  • Downloading / uploading information to parent systems re: SITENET / PACS / SHAREPOINT
  • Liaison and assist internal departments on issues and problems as requested i.e. raising outages etc
  • Liaison with PM daily on issue of programme of works, forecasts, access requests, ad hoc works etc
  • Collating / producing Hand over packs for upload to parent systems
  • Embracing change to progress systems already in place.
  • Attend off site client meetings where required.
Essential Knowledge and Skills
  • Excellent IT Skills (Excel, Word, Access etc)
  • GCSE B minimum in English and Maths
  • Minimum of 3 years in a similar role
