Job Brief

The Operational Support Administrator will be an integral member of the team providing administrative support and tracking project data as direct by their line manager. Good IT skills (including Word; Excel and the use of databases and systems, for example Imprest) will be a core responsibility. Some customer interaction, supporting, and managing expectations will be required. A positive attitude to and willingness to deal effectively with be required as new and ever evolving processes are introduced. Administrators should be able to operate independently as well as a member of the team. An ability to cope with ambiguity will be required. A good team player, willing to learn being an essential quality.

Duties & Responsibilities

Responsibilities
• Imprest tracking and data input
• Evenflow
• Omnix
• Outages
• Accesses’
• HOP’S
• Chase RAMS and HO docs from suppliers
• Progress deliveries to suppliers/ site through buying inbox courier service
• Compile start up RAMS
• Collating CDMC docs for submission / approval
• Archiving completed / aborted sites
• General administrative duties to fulfil tasks relating to the above

• English and Maths minimum GCSE Grade B or equivalent
• Excellent written and oral communication

• Knowledge of Telecoms Industry
• Educated to a good level in commercial discipline
• Understanding prioritisation of own workload and team workload
• Experience of managing processes
• Knowledge of internal and client systems (eg Imprest, Omnix, Evenflow, Cluttons Portal, SOL is advantageous but not essential as training can be given
