Business Support Administrator (Operations)
Job Brief
  • Be an integral member of the team providing administrative support and tracking project data as direct by their line manager.
  • Good IT skills (including Word; Excel and the use of databases and systems, for example Imprest) will be a core responsibility.
  • A positive attitude to and willingness to deal effectively with be required as new and ever evolving processes are introduced.
  • Internal and external customer interface including front line reception duties and taking calls
  • To implement, support and provide guidance on the use and application of tools and systems applicable to the operations support team and the wider business
  • To provide support as required to functional specialists and project teams within the business
  • Should be able to operate independently as well as a member of the team
  • Some customer interaction, supporting, and managing expectations will be required
Duties & Responsibilities
  • General administrative duties to fulfil tasks relating to the above
  • Maintenance of electronic folders
  • Checking and loading documents onto customers databases
  • Internal system tracking and data input
  • Outages
  • Accesses
  • Running Daily progress report from Internal Systems collating and distribution.
  • Liaison with and assisting internal departments on issues and problems
  • Receiving and sending emails to various internal and external customers
  • Checking and loading documents onto customers databases
  • Embracing change to progress systems already in place
  • Day to day support to all team members
  • Working to KPI’s and Objectives
  • Arranging access’s in line with works schedule
  • Standing in for Colleagues in their absence
