Job Brief

The key responsibility of the Handover Administrator is the timely production of a compliant Handover Pack for the customer on behalf of Clarke telecom to Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators.

The role requires the accurate collation of key documentary evidence in support of the handover of the site from completion to the customer to ensure Clarke Telecoms exposure to project delays are minimised.

Duties & Responsibilities

• The collation of supporting documents /certificates / information / photos for each customer base site is available and accurate and thereafter, forwarding to the customer or relevant suppliers.
• Obtaining timely feedback to ensure acceptance and where appropriate, on failure, ensuring a timely resolution.
• Arranging site audits and inspections where required.
• Forwarding relevant site audit reports to the appropriate Managers to assist in the timely resolution of any outstanding issues that may prevent appetence.
• Uploading documentation to customer’s databases.
• Compiling relevant Health & Safety documentation as required.

Essential Knowledge and Skills

Previous administration and documentation exprience

Good IT skills, Work, Excel, Outlook

Desirable Knowledge and Skills

• Experience in a similar administrative based role
• Knowledge of the Telecoms Industry
• Knowledge of customers databases (Omnix/Evenflow/AMDOCS)

Hours of Work
37.5 Mon to Fri
