Job Brief

Project manager all the acquisition delivery in the South East and South West including Beacon2, GTG, Rail and Dish Projects.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Management of Sub Contractors to deliver to SLA’s
• Management Sub Contractors issues and risks, billing etc to ensure smooth project deliverables
• Delivery of KPI’s
• Liaison with Sub Contractors on project deliverables such as Heads Of Term’s
• Delivery of reports into Customer (Cornerstone)
• Workload management of staff – determining and managing workloads
• Organising and running site by site reviews with Sub Contractors
• Resolution and escalation of acquisition issues and risks
• Line management and personal development responsibility of staff including one-to-one performance reviews
• Liaison with National Acquisition Manager on best practice, processes etc
• Quality control of all related data and correspondence prior to submission to Customer
• Liaison with Post Declaration Project Manager, regional Project Manager & Tech Admin to ensure smooth handover to site released.
• Attendance on organised meetings, and ad hoc Customer conference calls as requested
• Provision of forecasts of accesses and lockdowns
• Setting up and running Acquisition Forum – Monthly
• Identifying (via acquisition surveyor resource), site specific exceptions that have a commercial risk and communicating these to the regional PM and commercial team.
• Data integrity
• Continuous improvement and best practice

Professional Qualifications Required

Previous PM track record and acquisition experience
